分析了目前加氢裂化装置空冷器普遍存在的管束结垢的原因;在垢物成分分析的基础上,有针对性地研制了NBT-3型专用清洗剂,配合优化后的清洗工艺,在实际应用中取得了满意的效果。目前此清洗技术已在多套加氢裂化装置得到成功应用。

The cause of fouling and composition of fouling were analized. The process and results of thecleaning by using the caustic NBT-3 cleaning reagent system were described. The cleaning process wasapplied on several hydrocracker successfully.
