MCP平均增益参数的快速估算法

A Practical Algorithm of Quick Calculating MCP Parameters as the Average Number of Gain

该文利用“MCP综合特性测试分析仪”测得的G—V特性曲线结合运用E.E.Eberhardt的MCP增益模型提出一种对MCP平均增益参数的快速估算方法。可在G—V测试结果的基础上,通过计算得出MCP的各种增益参数和工作参数。这对MCP的研制和应用是很有意义的。

In this paper, algorithm of quick calculating MCP as theaverage number of gain is provided. Eberhardt gain model for MCPand characteristic curve of "MCP combined characteristics test andanalysis system" has been used. On the basis of characteristic curve ofG--V, MCP parameters as the average number of gain and operatingparameters are given by calculation. It is of great significance in devel-opment and application of MCP.
