摘要
本文探讨伸缩臂装运机变幅机构的优化设计方法。建立以整机性能指标为约束条件的优化设计数学模型,应用正交设计计算法,得到机构关于驱动力臂均值最大与系统压力波动幅值最小的优化定解。
This paper studies the optimum design method of variable angle mechanism of telescopic handler. A mathematical model of optimum design for this mechanism has been established. By using the orthogonal design method, the optimum design can be obtained with the maximum driving arm of force and the minimum variable range of system pressure.
