基于多源信息融合方法的骨髓转移性肿瘤细胞识别 被引量:1

THE RECOGNITION OF TUMOR CELL OF BONE MARROW INVOLVEMENT BASED ON MULTI-SOURCES INFORMATION FUSION METHOD

摘要 利用改进的DempsterShafer证据理论 (MDS)融合骨髓显微图像、血像和临床信息 ,进行骨髓转移性肿瘤细胞的识别研究。实践证明此方法较好地模拟了病理专家知识 ,比较准确地识别出了骨髓中转移性肿瘤细胞 ,对骨髓转移性肿瘤细胞识别提供了一个有力的辅助手段。 The multi-information fusion method based on the Modified Dempster-Shafer(MDS)and the research of the identification of Tumor Cell of Bone Marrow Involvement(TCoBMI)is presented with three information sources of the micrograph of bone marrow,blood checks and clinical data.The result indicates that this method simulates the identification process of the experienced pathologist successfully and the accuracy of identification is higher and the method of three information sources fusing is a powerful aid of diagnosis to identify TCoBMI.
