水射流设备中关键部件磨损机理的研究 被引量:4

摘要 磨料水喷嘴是高压磨料水射流切割设备中的关键部件之一,由于受到磨料粒子的高速冲刷,使它容易磨损失效,不得不经常更换。目前,该喷嘴主要靠进口,使得加工成本过高,影响了高压磨料水射流这种新兴加工方法的推广应用。本文主要研究了磨料水喷嘴的磨损机理,磨损形式及影响高压磨料水喷嘴磨损的主要因素。得出了射流时磨粒磨损和冲蚀磨损是喷嘴磨损的主要原因这一结论,提供了减少磨料水喷嘴的磨损,提高寿命的理论依据。 The abrasive nozzle is the key patr of abrasive water-jet equipment. Because it is often broken down by high-speed abrasive stream, the nozzle woudl be destroyde and need be replaced. At the present, the nozzle mostly depends on import, so its cost is very high. In this paper, frazzle theory, frazzle form and frazzle factor of the abrasive nozzle have been studied. A conclusion has been gained: particle frazzle and impact frazzle are main frazzle of the abrasive nozzle when the abrasive nozzle is working. The theory method how to reduce the frazzle of the abrasive nozzle and increase its use life has been offered.
