摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法研究了鸡食管副交感节前神经元和感觉神经元的定位。结果:1.颈部食管的节前神经元位于双侧迷走神经背侧运动核(DMN)的前小细胞亚核(APC)、尾小细胞亚核(CPC)和第1颈髓灰质中央管背外侧区,少数位于舌咽神经腹侧运动核;感觉神经元位于颈静脉神经节(JG)、岩神经节(PG)和远神经节(DG)。2.嗉囊的节前神经元位于双侧 DMN 的前背侧中小细胞亚核(ADMPc)和 CPC;感觉神经元位于 JG、DG 和 PG。3.胸部食管的节前神经元位于双侧 DMN 的ADMPC、腹侧小细胞亚核(VPC)前部和尾中细胞亚核(CMC);感觉神经元位于 JG 和 PG。
The Location of sympathetical preganglionic neurons and sensory neurons of chickenesophagus was investigated in this study.1.The preganglionic neurons of the cervical esophagus were local-ized in the anterior parvicellular(APC)and caudal parvicellular(CPC)subnuclei.The sensory neurons wereseen in the jugular,petrosal and distal ganglia.2.The pregar(?)lionic neurons of the crop were found in theanterior dorsal medioparvicellular(ADMPC)subnuclei and C(?)C.The sensory neurons were localized in thejugular,petrosal and distal ganglia.3.The preganglionic neurons of the thoracic esophagus were found inthe ADMPC,caudal mediocellular and ventral parvicellular subnuclei.The sensory neurons were seen in thejugular and distal ganglia.
