摘要
在5种温度(22,24,26,30,32℃),76%相对湿度条件下,组建药材甲实验种群生命表.结果表明,温度与发育速率呈逻辑斯谛曲线关系,32℃时雌雄虫发育均最快,世代发育起点温度为12.0℃;卵的孵化率和幼虫、蛹、世代存活率均以26℃为最高,温度与世代存活率呈显著的抛物线型关系;24℃时成虫产卵量最高,环境温度在26.1℃时理论种群增长指数最大(7.43);组建特定时间繁殖生命表,内禀增长力(r_m)在26℃时最大(0.029).
The life tables of the drugstore beetle(Stegobium paniceum)for experimental populationwere constructed under five temperatures.The results showed that the shortest development periods of malesand females were at 76% R.H.and 32℃.The relationship between the temperature and the rate of develop-ment was fitted into Logistic curves.The maximum survival of different stages and the whole generation wasshown at 26℃ and the relationship between temperature and the percentage of survival of the whole genera-tion was fitted of a parabola.The number of eggs laid by the female adults reached maximum at 24℃.Themaximum index and temperature for population growth were 7.43 and 26.1℃,respectively.The maximuminnate capacity of increase(r_m)presented at 26℃.
