分析了河北省大型科学仪器资源共享的现状和存在的问题,阐述了大型仪器资源共享的重要性,就如何更好地实现河北省大型科学仪器资源共享、加强河北省大型科学仪器管理等问题,进行了分析和探讨,充分肯定了河北省政府在大型科学仪器管理方面所制定的一系列政策法规在促进河北省大型科学仪器资源共享方面的重要作用,并提出了以下建议:广泛宣传,改变观念;改革大型科学仪器投资体制;深化资源共享的管理体制改革;建立大型科学仪器管理考核标准体系。

This paper analyses the current state and questions in the resources sharing of our province's large-scale science instruments. It expounds the importance of the common sharing of resources of our (province's) large-scale science instruments. Also it analyses and explores the question of how to realize the common sharing of resources of our province's large-scale science instrument. It affirmed the important function of a series of policies and statute of Hebei provincial government about large-scale science instruments resources common sharing.It advises that steps be taken to propagate extensively as to change people's ideas; reform investment system and management system of large-scale science instrument; and set up check standard system of large-scale science instruments management.
