从企业贯标认证发展的现状出发,首先通过对企业贯标过程中存在的问题和弊端的分析,提出了对企业贯标进行整合管理的必要性和可能性;其次通过对现存的贯标整合管理理论的总结,提出了一种以ERP先进技术和管理理念为基础的企业贯标整合管理的解决方案,旨在解决企业在不同贯标体系下存在的跨体系和跨部门管理上的难题,同时这种解决方案也能够实现企业内部人、财、物和信息等资源的共享,以达到企业贯标整合的目的。

This thesis is from the perspective of enterprises' effectuating standards. At first, this thesis presents the essentiality and possibility of integration management by analyzing both problems and disadvantages in the effectuating standards procession. Secondly, through analyzing and summarizing the theory of integration management about effectuating standards, it provides a solution for enterprises' effectuating standards according to the advanced technology and theory of ERP, which settles the management problems of different systems and sections and realizes resources sharing in personnel, capital and information.
