摘要
以小麦为原料,对低水分小麦的吸湿状态进行了研究.研究发现:在一定范围内,湿度相同的条件下,谷物的吸湿效果随通风量的增加而提高.试验所确定的最佳条件为:加湿2h,通自然风1h的通风模式,加湿湿度为90%~95%,通风量为5~20m3/t·h.通自然风的方式可消除在加湿过程中产生的水分含量梯度.
Using wheat as material, the moisture sorption state of wheat with lower water content was studied. During research, it can be found that within a certain range, under the same humidity condition, the effect of moisture sorption enhanced with the increase of amount of ventilation. The optimal process conditions were as follows: the humidified time was two hour; the time of ventilating nature wind was one hour; the humidity of addition was 90%~95%; the amount of ventilation was 15~20m^3/t·h; the content of water produced during humidified process can be removed by ventilating nature wind.
