天然除虫菊素盘式蚊香对淡色库蚊的药效实验研究

Efficacy of natural pyrethrum mosquito coil against Culex pipiens pallens

目的 通过生物测试 ,观察天然除虫菊素盘式蚊香对淡色库蚊的药效。方法 实验室室内药效试验 ,按GB13917 4 92和GB/T1732 2 4 1998标准密闭圆筒法进行 ;模拟现场药效试验按照GB13917 8 92和GB/T1732 2 11 1998规定进行。结果 实验室KT50 为 3 93min ,2 4h死亡率平均为 82 5 %。模拟现场 2h击倒率均为 10 0 % ,2 4h死亡率平均为 80 4 %。结论 天然除虫菊素盘式蚊香具有使用安全、效果好等特点 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effi cacy of natural pyrethrum mosquito coil against Culex pipiens pallens by bi oassay.Methods Having experiment in lab according to GB3917.4 -92 and GB/T17322.4-1998,and according to GB 13917.8-92,GB/T17322.11- 1998 in mimic spot.Results In lab,the KT 50was 3.93 min .Mortality of 24 h was 82.5%.In mimic spot,the killing rate of 2 h was 100% and 24 h mortality was 80.4%.Conclusion Natural pyrethrum mos quito coil was safe for use.It had good efficacy and should be given broaden ap plication.
