摘要
对中国南方大豆110个地方品种的17种氨基酸及8种人体必需氨基酸性状,采用多元表型、遗传型广义方差及多元遗传力等进行了分析;给出了各变异指数的无偏估计与区间估计。广义方差的组间差异显著性测验结果表明,浙、赣、闽地区品种的表型及遗传变异较为显著。
The multivariate phenotypic,genotypic generalized variance and heritability were estimated for17 amino acids and 8 necessary amino acids among soybean land varieties from the Southern China.Unbisedestimators and confidence intervals of multivariate variability indices were given.Significant tests ofgeneralized variance for 17 amino acid were also carried out among 5 areas.The multivariate phenotypic andgenotypic generalized variance among varieties from Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangxi were significantly differentfrom those of the other areas.
