摘要
线路治安工作事关铁路运输生产安全,是一个庞大的系统工程,对此必须正确看待并有清醒的认识。沿线警力不足、资金投入不足、执法依据不足、治安联防互控措施落实不足,已经成为当前制约线路治安工作的主要因素。加强线路治安工作,必须逐步建立规范化、科学化、制度化的清站查车和线路治安防控体系,改善警务运作机制,完善相关配套法规,加大一线警力和硬件设施投入,强化线路治安综合治理工作的考核力度。
The public security of railway is a large systematical project which is related to the safety of railway transportation and production. What limit the work include insufficient police force,money, lawul criteria and the unsatisfactory enforcement of joint defense. In order to improve the public security of railway, we must set up a standardized and scientific guarding system for the work on the train and railway, improve the mechanism of police affairs, perfect concerned rules and laws,increase the front police force and facilities, as well as strengthen the exam of the comprehensive treatment of railway.
