关于高等学校形成办学特色的思考

Reflect on form of college-running feature in higher colleges

高等学校办学特色是高等学校发展的基础和前提。而办学特色不是一朝一夕就能形成的,需要长期的积淀,需要各高等学校准确定位,需要践行有所为有所不为的思想,需要发挥校长的重大作用。

Higher school features are prerequisite and base of a higher school's development. Features can not be shaped up in one day. To achieve this, long-term accumulations should be made;exact position should be found by each higher school; the thought that to achieve something need abandon something else should be taken into practice; and finally ,the function of a chancellor should be brought into full play.
