摘要
本文是针对成都自来水公司设制的大口径(Dg150mm)长扁咀(834mm×14mm)虹吸排泥机在自来水二厂的现场观测试验而作的。测试结果表明:该机排泥性能好,适用范围广,不仅能排泥,还可排直径达5.4mm 的砂砾石。工作水头4.2m时,排泥含量最大达36.01kg/m^3,耗水率最大仅为0.93%,仅是规范规定耗水率为5%的1/5倍。
This paper reports a field experiment study on the siphone mud machined and made by Chengdu Waterworks Company.The field data show that the machine has a fine function of draining mud and can drain both mud and sand or gravel whose diameter is less than 5.4mm;the maximum concentration of draining mud is 36.01kg/m^3 and the corresponding maximum exeluding water ratio is 0.93%.
