On Ideological and Human Quality of College Young Cadres

高等院校青年干部是我国高等教育事业持续发展的重要力量。根据青年干部思想政治和人文素质方面存在的问题,应该从加强政治学习、人文知识学习,体现以人为本,制定培养计划,建立考核机制等几方面提高他们的政治水平和人文素质,使他们健康成长。

Young cadres of colleges are the important strength in the development of higher educational cause. However, they still bear weakness in the aspect of ideological political and human quality. In order to make them perfect, political and cultural study should be reinforced, training plans and test system established to improve their ideological and human quality.
