摘要
中国快餐业市场上,中式快餐占尽地利优势,但在西式快餐步步进逼下,中式快餐似乎只有招架之功,而无还手之力,中式快餐企业的市场定位、产品定位不明,营销策略单一、忽视人才培训,是失利的很重要原因。
With the development of the economics, fast food has become more and more popular, especially in large cities. In main land China, the poor management and marketing strategy are the reasons why the Chinese style fast food enterprises are less popular, less competitive and less lucrative than the western ones.
