摘要
采用方向滤波编码法压缩数字化天气雷达回波的原始资料。首先对回波资料进行二维傅里叶变换,分割出雷达回波的低频分量和高频分量;然后用方向滤波器从回波的高频分量中提取出回波的边缘和纹理;最后对雷达回波的低频分量和边缘、纹理组成的各方向图分别编码,以达到压缩雷达回波原始资料的目的。
In this paper,the directional filtering method is used for compressing the primitive data of the digital weather radar echoes. First,2-dimensional Fourier Transformation is applied to the data so as to divide them into low frequency and high frequency components; then,the directional filter is used to get the edges and tectures from the high frequency component and finally ,the low frequency component and all of the directional pictures are encoded in order to compress the data.
