摘要
在常规电镜制样的植物细胞中,液泡常为无任何结构的空泡,这与其复杂(?)能不相适应。本实验以莼菜茎为材料,分别用六氨银多糖染色法和镀豚法进行了处理,结果表明镀豚法能显示出液泡及高尔基体囊泡中的内含物。这些内含物为多糖类物质,其合成分泌过程经镀豚法处理后显示得更为直观。
In the sections of conventional electron microscopy preparation of plant cells,the vacuoleshows nothing in it.This result is not in accordance with the complex functions of the vacuole.Thesilver-methenamine tecnipque and prolonged OsO_4 fixation method have been used to display thesubstances in vacuoles of Brasenia Schreberi Geml.laminae.The results indicate that only theprolonged OsO_4 fixation method has the effect which minifests the fibrillar substances in the vacuolesand particular substances Golgi apparatus.These substances are considered to be polysaccharides andthe synthesis of polysaccharides from Golgi apparatus to vacuole can be accessed by this prolongedOsO_4 fixation method.
