摘要
用免疫细胞化学法(PAP法)对大鼠孤束核内神经降压肽样免疫反应(NT-LI)物间的相互联系进行了光镜和电镜研究。孤束核有大量内含NT-LI的细胞、终末和纤维,它们在某些亚核内相互重叠分布或接触,电镜观察见NT-LI物间可形成轴-体、轴-树和-树等突触,且多为对称性突触。由此认为NT-LI物间的上述联系可能与孤束核在对内脏、心血管活动调节中的复杂整合作用有关。
The interconnections among the neurotension-like immunoreactive (NT-
LI) structures in rat nucleus of solitary tract (NTS) have been studied by means of the im-
munocytochemistry (PAP technique) at the level of light and electron microscopy. There are
a lot of NT-LI cells and NT-LI terminals or fibers, which overlap or contact in some subnu-
clei of the NTS. The axo-somatic, axo-dendritic and dendro-dendritic synapses are observed
in NT-LI structures. Most of them are symmetrical ones. It is suggested that the relation-
ships described above are propably connected with the complex integration of the NTS in reg-
ulating the visoeral and cardiovascular activities.
