摘要
保健肉糜由猪肉添加大豆组织蛋白加工而成。实验对象选用诱发的离脂血症成年大白鼠。分4组各喂给基础饲料、高脂饲料、高脂加普通肉糜和高脂加保健肉糜饲料。为期1个月,自由进食进水,单笼饲养.结果高脂血症大白鼠进食含保健肉糜饲料能使TC、TG显著降低,HDL-C有一定程度增加,肝脂重、肝胆固醇含量和肝胆固醇/肝磷脂比值显著地降低。动物进食含保健肉糜饲料对实验性诱发的高脂血症有显著的抑制作用,有显著改善脂代谢作用。
《Health ground pork》 is composed of original ground pork and soybean
textured protein. Forty adult SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups,ten rats
of each group were fed for 30 days with basal diet,high fat diat,high fat diet containing 20%
of original ground pork and high fat diet containing 20% of 《health ground pork》 respective-
ly. The results showed that TC,TG concentration decreased significantly while there was an
increasing trend in HDL-C concentration in sera of rats fed with 《health ground pork》. Hep-
atic lipid weight,cholesterol level and C/P ratio in liver of these rats decreased significantly.
It is concluded that experimental hyperlipidemia is inhibited significantly, and lipid
metabolism is much improved in rats fed with 《health ground pork》.
