试析明清时期徽州盐商独特的文化人格现象

An Analysis of the Phenomenon of Cultural Personality Possessed by Huizhou Salt Tradesmen in the Periods of the Ming and Qing dynasties

徽州盐商是明清经济发展历史上一支特殊的商人队伍，他们贾而好儒、商而兼士的好儒人格，使其提高了自身的文化素质、并踞身于商人群体之上，集商、官、儒于一身的特殊阶层；他们以道营商、以义行事的高尚人格，使其名利双收，并以良好的商业道德赢得较高的市场信誉；他们崇尚宗法、思想封建的悲剧人格，使其商业利润流向误区，并且严重束缚了自身的发展。今天研究明清时期徽州盐商独特的文化人格现象．意欲为社会主义市场经济体制下促进社会经济发展，合理利用资本利润，搞好商品流通等提供历史的借鉴。

Abstract Huizhou salt tradesmen was a special tradesmen ranks in the history of economical development in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,They were also a special class with different status such as merchants, official and scholar and etc. The paper is an analysis of the phenomenon of cultural persenality possessed by Huizhou salt tradesmen in the period of the Ming and Qing Dysansties.
