摘要
雄性幼年大鼠分为4组,为去炎松-A(2.1mg/kg,肌注1次)小剂量组(10·5mg/kg肌注1次)和大剂量组,氢化泼尼松(每日20mg/kg肌注4周)阳性对照组和空白对照组。用药4周末取材,结果小剂量组肾上腺皮质束状外带细胞核密度及肾上腺抗坏血酸含量增高,其余脏器无明显改变。大剂量和阳性对照组肾上腺皮质变薄,细胞核密度增加,趋于萎缩;胸腺淋巴细胞大量减少,出现萎缩,脾脏白髓几乎消失,红髓淋巴细胞也明显减少,表明应用大剂量去炎松-A后将引起肾上腺功能下降,免疫器官萎缩,这必将影响细胞免疫与体液免疫功能。
Four groups of young male rats were investigated in this experiment. Ex-
cept one group as a control, the othr two groups were injected with 2.1mg/kg and 10. 5mg/
kg Kenacort-A respectively and another group, as a positive control, was injected with 20
mg/kg hydroprednisone. After 4 weeks, the adrenal glands, spleen and thymus were stud-
ied. The results showed that the density of nucleus in zona fasciculata of adrenal cortex and
the quantity of vitamin C in adrenal glands were increased in the rats injected with low
dosage Kenacort-A. However, there were no remarkable changes in the spleen and thymus.
In the high dosage group and positive control group, the thin adernal cortex could be seen.
The number of lymphocytes were reduced markedly in the red pulp of spleen and the thy-
mus. The white pulp of the spleen almost disappeared. The results suggested that a high
dosage of Kenacort-A reduced the function of adrenal cortex and made atrophies of the im-
mune organs. It would influence the function of cell immunity and humoral immunity.
