彩色脉冲多普勒血流指标预测宫内胎儿生长状况的研究

A Study Indcs of Pulse Doppler Spectrum on Color Flow for the Prediction of the Status of Intraurine Fetal Growth.

本文报道352例16～40孕周妊娠妇女,用彩色脉冲多普勒三项指标评价胎儿宫内生长、发育状况。用搏动指数、阻力指数、A/B比值,结合二维实时显像对胎儿宫内生长迟缓、畸形、宫内胎儿死亡的研究。

352 case of 16 to 40 weeks pregnat women were reported, in which 3 indicatrix of color Doppler flow imaging were used to evaluate the status of the growth intrauterine fetus. The combination of three parameters of Doppler is pulse index (PI), resistance index (RI), A/B ratio together with. 20 real imaging has made possible the study of intrauterine fetal growth retardation (1UGR), anomalies and intrauterine fetal death.
