超声引导下卵巢内膜样囊肿穿刺

Puncture of Ovarion Endometrioid Cysts under Ultrasound Guide.

41例超声诊断卵巢内膜样囊肿病例进行了超声引导下穿刺术。1例穿刺失败,1例非内膜样囊肿,余39例证实为卵巢内膜样囊肿。多数病例抽尽巧克力样液后腔内注入了无水酒精。穿刺途径有经阴道及经腹壁。从随访结果来看,多数患者囊肿均有缩小或消失。所有穿刺无大出血、脏器损伤或感染。作者认为,超声引导下穿刺卵巢内膜样囊肿,不仅可明确诊断,还能进行适当的治疗,可作为一种保守治疗方法。它方便易行,价廉、安全,可反复穿刺,损伤小、痛苦少、并发症少,易为患者所接受。

Abstract 41 patients who were diagnosed suffering from ovarion endometrioid cysts by ultrasound examination were punctured under ultrasound guide. There were 1 failure and 1 suffering from serous cystadenoma. In most patients 959-6 alcohol were injected into the cysts. The ways of puncture were trans-vaginal and percutaneous. According to the result of following up, most endometrioid cysts disappeared or the size of cyst reduced. All punctures had no severe bleeding , no damage of organ, no infection. We consider puncture under ultrasound guide can make diagnosis and do treatment. It's easier to perform, inexpensive, safe, can be repeated many times. There are less damage, less pain, less complications.
