Education and the work of management for students on college is one of the point of emphasis and the point of defficulty on work of college. Cultivating and raising the synthetic ability of students had been became one of theme,together with establishment of Socialistic market's economy and deepening degree of reform and open up.In this study we made explore and introduced the practised process that how to strengthen the education.and work of management,cultivating and raising the synthetic ability of students to adapt to Socialistic market'seconomy.
