Developing and Utilizing the Instructional Materials of Television Telerecording

本文主要针对电视录像教材建设存在的问题,对录像教材的开发以及如何提高现有录像教材的利用率作一些粗浅的探讨.

This paper was aimed mainly existing problems on build of instructional materials of television telerecording, exploring simply the development of vidio text and how to heighten the available rate of instructional materials of television telerecording.
