摘要
简要地介绍了新学科《物元分析》的产生过程、研究对象、研究方法以及产生十多年来在解决实际问题中所显示的作用和本学科的发展前景．
The generation, objectS studied and research methods of a new scientific discipline 'Matter Element Analysis' has been introduced in the paper. The prespect of this new discipline and the roles played in solving practical problems since this new discipline emerged is discussed as well.
