摘要 本文介绍了我们新研制的步进电机驱动二维开环激光扫描动态检测系统。该系统是在七五期间研制的一维激光扫描检测仪的基础上,增加步进电机伺服控制系统及光栅位移数显构成。可进行轴向、径向二维几何尺寸开环动态检测及二维超差判别,从而实现二维超差部位及超差值显示。特别是在复杂工件中螺纹环距部分的几何尺寸测量及超差判别方面进行了有益的探索。 This paper introduces a dynamic detecting system drived by step-by-step motor for two-dimensional open-link laser scanning that we have just developed. Being on the basis of onedimensional laser scanning detecting instrument developed by us during the seventh-five, the system was added to step-by-step motor servo controlling and gration displacement digital display. The two-dimensional geometric size of axial and radial can be open-link dynamic detected by it, and the two-dimensional supererror can be distinguished, too. Thus the position of supererror and the value of supererror can be displayed. Especially in geometric size and supererror distinguished of thread pitch we have probed beneficially.
