摘要
对56例男性十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)患者及50例正常男性的睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)进行测定,结果表明活动期DU患者,其血清中E_2下降,T/E_2比值显著升高,在治疗后T无明显的变化,而E_2上升明显,T/E_2比值下降,并且与正常对照组的T/E_2之间无显著差异。由此推论、E_2可能在男性DU之间,起着某种特定的作用。
Serum testosterone (T), estroadiol (E_2) were measured in 56 male patients
with duodenal ulcer(DU) and 50 cases with male healthy controls. In the acute stage of DU
patients. we found decreased serum E_2, and remarkab raised T/E_2. After treatment. T had
not patently modification, but E_2 raised remarkably. And T/E_2 decreased. This T/E_2 was
not Significantly different from health controls. Therefore, E_2 may have a specific function in
the male DU patients.
