摘要
应用放射免疫法测定40例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血浆心钠素(ANP),结果表明随着HIE程度越重ANP增高愈明显,轻、中、重三度与对照组比较P<0.01均有非常显著差异。动态观察急性期和稳定期ANP与对照组比较P<0.01仍有非常显著差异,至恢复期ANP才降至正常。说明脑代谢功能的恢复是缓慢的,表明ANP分泌有自我调节机制可作为HIE病情恢复指标之一。
Plasma ANP level was measured by RIA in 40 neonates with hypoxic-is-
chemic encephalopathy (HIE). It was found to increase in parallel with the severity of the
illness. In convalescence, plasma ANP level came down rapidly. The average plasma ANP
level in HIE cases was significantly higher than that of the healthy full-term neonates (P<
0. 01). In acute stage and stable stage of the disease, it was remarkably higher than that in
convalescent stage(P<0. 01). It indicated that the recovery of brain function was slow and
the production of plasma ANP was self-regulated. Hence, plasma ANP level may serve as an
indicator of the progress of HIE.
