20例输卵管结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血症分析

Analysis of 20 Pelvic Venous Stasis after Tubal Ligation

报告我院自1986年12月至1988年6月共收治和诊断为输卵管结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血症患者20例,均行经宫肌盆腔静脉造影术,分析了20例病人的症状、体征和造影所得血管形态学及血液动力学的改变之间的相互关系,认为病人的下腹部疼痛、性交疼痛、肛门坠胀、低位腰痛四个征状可作为诊断的依据,并筛选出盆腔瘀血症患者,20例病人中11例行子宫切除手术,效果满意,9例用丙睾及丹参肌注治疗,理疗等均随访效果不够理想。

Tenwty cases of pelvic venous stasis after tubal ligation were reported, which were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 1986 to June 1988. pelvic venous radiographs were taken on all of them. By the analysis of the 20 patients' symptoms and the relation between the vein morphology and blood dynamics got from radiography, it is believed that the four symptoms of lower abdominal pain, ache from sexual intercourse, swollenanus and lumbago can be taken as the basis of diagnosis. Hysterectomies were per- formed on 11 patients out of the 20. The result proves satisfactory; while the rest 9 cases were treated with testosterone propionate Dansheng (丹参) and physical therapy which turned out to be unsatisfactory.
