摘要
本文将大麻秆除髓,分离出韧皮部和木质部,测定其化学组成。另外采用振动球磨的方法分离出木素,并以经典化学法与现代理化检测仪器用结合,研究其化学特性。结果表明,两部分原料不论其化学组成还是其木素的结构特性都存在着较大的差别。
In this paper, bast and xylem were separated by hand from hemp(Cannabis Sativea L.). After depithing,their chemical compositions were determined separately. Lignin existing in bast and xylem were obtained according to the standard Bjorkman procedure. The chemical characteristics of the two kinds of lignin were studied in detail by classical chemical methods and modern analysis instruments. All results showed that there were greater differences in these two parts of materials both in chemical compostion and in chemical charateristics of lignin.
