湿地松KP浆高白度完全无氯漂白的研究

Totally-Chlorine-Free Bleaching of Slash Pine Kraft Pulp to High Brightness

本文研究了湿地松ＫＰ浆的完全无氯（ＴＣＦ）漂白。结果表明，ＯｐＸＰ（Ｘ－活化处理）漂序可把纸浆漂至７５％（ＳＢＤ）以上的白度，ＯＸＰＸＰ漂序白度可达到９０％（ＳＢＤ）。该工艺的关键是选用了Ｘ木素活化剂，经活化的纸浆可漂性大大提高，１％Ｈ２Ｏ２漂白白度增值可达３０％（ＳＢＤ）以上。

Totally-chlorine-free(TCF) bleaching of slash pine kraft pulp was investigated. The pulp can be bleached to over 75%(SBD) by using OpXP(X-activation treatment) sequence and 90%(SBD) by OXPXP sequence.The key of this technology was the employment of a lignin activating agent. The bleachability of the activated pulp was improved greatly and brightness gain could be as much as 30%(SBD) with 1% H2O2.
