UASB反应器处理烧碱-蒽醌草浆黑液的污泥颗粒化过程

摘要 用两套处理Soda-AQ化学草浆黑液上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器作对比实验,研究处理这种废水的UASB反应器的污泥颗粒化过程,并达到了10kgCOD/m3·d的工作负荷及在此负荷下COD(cr)40%~50%、BOD556.5%~63.5%的去除率,去除1gCOD产气量达到511ml,其中CH4含量为66.8%。 Two laboratory UASB reactors were used to treat black liquor from soda-AQ cooks of wheat straw for parallel studies. In the two reactors, sludge granulation was conducted. It has been observed that a UASB reactor without its gas-solids separator in operation was more favorable to the sludge granulation due to its accelerating wash out of the flocculants.One-step UASB reactor was preferable to the black liquor treatment. In addition, properly controlled low influent consistency and gradual increase in loading rates were also necessary for the granulation. At a loading of 10 kgCOD/m3·d, 40%-46% COD and 56%-65% BOD were removed and 510 L biogas/kgCOD removed was yielded.
