This paper applies the relational space theory of grey systems to analyse the relational grade of economics and population with postal and telecommunicational professional quantity. It also uses the example of Jiangsu and Zhejiang to explain the application of the relational space theory of grey system in PTT management. (2tabs., 5refs.)
