摘要
皮下注射人参茎叶皂甙(GS)50mg/kg,连续4天,可明显拮抗撞击创伤小鼠活化T细胞内cAMP含量、腺苷酸环化酶(AC)、蛋白激酶A(PKA)活性的升高及cAMP-磷酸二酯酶(cAMP-PDE)活性的降低。0.1~100 g/ml的GS在体外也可降低创伤小鼠活化T细胞内cAMP含量及AC和PKA的活性,并升高cAMP-PDE活性。表明GS对创伤后T细胞功能受抑状态的纠正作用与此有关。
ubcutaneous administration of ginsenoside (GS) at dosage of 50mg/kg 4d, could resist the elevation of cAMPcontent, adenylate cyclase (AC), protein kinase A (PKA) activity and the reduction of cAMP-phosphodiesterase(cAMP-PDE) activity in activated T cells from traumatized mice. GS ranging from 0. 1 to 100 g/ml could in vitroreduce cAMP content, AC and PKA activity, while increase cAMP-PDE activity in activated T cells from traumatizedmice. It is inferred that the corrective effect of GS on the suppression of T cells function after trauma is related to it.
