The Principle and design of Positive Justification Rates in Coder of 34Mb/s Digital Television

本文扼要介绍了正码速调整的原理,在此基础上,提出了适用于数字电视传输的码速调整技术,并将其定义为非标准码速调整原理以区别于准同步复接中的码速调整原理。

In this paper we introduce a principle of the standard positive justification rates. From this, we present a technology of the justification rates which is suitable for digital television transmission systems, and define it as a nonstandard justification rates for distinguishing it from the standard positive justification rates in plesio-synchronous multiplex.
