原位杂交检测HCMV感染初探

The detection of viral infection with in situ hybridization

用原位杂交检测ＨＣＭＶ的感染，实验中，取３０份孕妇尿液标本进行脱落细胞的原位杂交来检测人巨细胞病毒（ＨＣＭＶ）的感染，结果出现２例阳性，阳性率为６．６７％。

In situ hybridization,an experimental method which combines molecularbiology with morphoralogy, has high sensitivity and specifity of hybridization, and visibility of morphoralogy.With this method we can do location analysis inthe viral infection.Accordingly,we established the method of detection the viralinfection with in situ hybridization.In the experiment,we detected HCMV in 30pregnancy urine samples,and got 2 positive ones(positive rate was 6.67%).
