摘要
本文对硝苯地平注射液的配方、制剂稳定性、质量控制、急性毒性和药效学进行了研究。本品 LD_(50)为4.6mg/kg。硝苯地平能明显地降低麻醉犬血压,降低心肌耗氧量,增加冠脉血流量和心排血量,降低总外周阻力。本文采用一阶导数光谱法测定硝苯地平注射液含量,用高效液相测定亚硝基光解物。本品在室温下避光放置1年,各项指标没有发现异常变化。
