摘要
探讨图书馆实施人本管理的途径,强调图书馆领导做人本管理的表率是前提;让馆员参与管理是基础;以馆员为本的激励措施是关键;改革体制,优化运行机制和思想政治工作人本化是保证。
The paper discusses the approaches to people-oriented management in li brary and emphasizes that the examples set by library leaders should act as the precondition of people-oriented management. The base and key of people-oriented management was the participation by librarians and the key is librarian-oriented incentive measure. It is essential to reform system structure, optimize operati on mechanism and people-oriented ideology and political work so as to guarantee the action.
