摘要
目的 :评估MEK - 6 10 8K血液分析仪的临床应用。方法 :借助于随机和非随机选择标本的方法评估MEK - 6 10 8K血液分析仪的精密度、准确性和相关性。结果 :所有参数的变异系数 (CV)均达到设计要求。第一 :与CC - 130血液分析仪对比 ,相关系数 (r)介于 0 95 5~ 0 978;第二 :与显微镜法相比 ,白细胞三分类相关系数 (r)介于 0 4 71~ 0 96 4;另外 ,MEK - 6 10 8K对非正常细胞和中间细胞的敏感性达到 95 %。结论 :主要的评价结果符合设计要求 ,检测。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of MEK-6108K blood analyzer.Methods:Samples were randomly and specially selected.The precision,accuracy and relativity of analyzer were evaluated.Results:The coefficient of variation (CV) of all parameters met the designed demand.First,The relative coefficient (r) of blood cell counting was between 0.955 and 0.978 comparing with that of CC-130 blood analyzer.Second,The relative coefficient (r) of three classifications of WBC was between 0.471 and 0.964 comparing with that of microscope methods.Third,The sensitivity of MEK-6108K to abnormal and intermediate cells reached to 95%.Conclusion:Major results of evaluation are consistent with the desiged demands.The ability to detect and classify normal and abnormal cells can satisfy the clinical regular blood testing.
