创伤严重度护理综合评分的应用研究

Application study of the nursing comprehensive score of the severity of the trauma

目的 应用创伤严重度护理综合评分工具 ,客观地给予重度创伤患者所需要的护理量。方法 通过创伤生理参数评分、特殊治疗护理评分和基础护理评分 3项进行创伤严重度护理综合评分 ,根据分值合理分配护士。评分 14～ 2 7分的患者分配专业护士 1名 ;评分 2 8～ 4 1分的患者分配专业护士 1.5名 ;4 2分以上的患者分配专业护士 2名。结果 护理评分组的救治成功率高于回顾分析组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有显著性。结论 应用评分工具可预测病情和预后 ,降低可预防死亡率 ,提高救治成功率 ,为护理质量控制、科学利用护理人力资源提供可靠依据。

Objective Using the nursing tool of the comprehensive score of the severity of the trauma,the quantity of the nursing needed by the patients with severe trauma were evaluated.Methods The severity of the trauma were comprehensively scored in nursing by the trauma physiological parameter score,the special therapy nursing score and the basic nursing score. the nurses were reasonably allocated by scoring value. the patients scored from 14 to 27 were allocated 1 speciality nurse;those scored from 28 to 41 were allocated 1.5 speciality nurse and those scored above 42 were allocated 2 speciality nurses.Results The saving success rate of nursing score group higher than review analysing group.Conclusions Using scoring tool,we could predict the patient's condition and the prognosis.the preventible mortality rate could be reduced and the saving success rate could be rised. thus, the nursing quality control and the scientific using of the nursing human resources could be provided with reliably reason.
