摘要 目的 形成由学生作为评价者的临床护理教师评价量表。方法 通过采用 90名护士学生对 2 8名临床护理教师在教学过程中的表现的评价数据 ,测量量表的效度和信度。结果 量表的内容效度指数为 0 .813。结构效度分析显示有 3个主成分。效标关联效度的Pearson相关系数为 0 .86 6 ;量表 34项条目的Cronbach’sα系数为 0 .9792。重测信度为 0 .72 8。结论临床护理教师评价量表包括 3个部分 :师生关系 ,教学组织 ,临床护理工作 ,共 34项条目。量表具有较好的心理测量学特征。 Objective To develop a scale evaluating the clinical nursing instructors.Method The validity and reliability of the scale were measured by analyzing the data of 28 clinical instructors evaluated by 90 nursing students.Result The content validity index was 0.813 A constructional validity analysis showed three principal components,teacher-student relationship; teaching management and clinical nursing,which can be divided into 34 items. Pearson's correlation coefficient of the criteria-related validity was 0.866. Cronbach 's coefficient α of inter-item consistency was 0.9792. The coefficient of stability was 0.728. ConclusionThis scale is of good characteristics of psychometrics.
