Improvement of Family Virtues in the New Period:Predicament and Way Out

改革开放以来,中国社会转型的加速,使中国家庭由此进入剧烈变动时期。问题集中表现为传统家庭伦理受到挑战,具体表现为:家庭道德评价失范,由简单、明朗、统一变为模棱两可、多元视角;家庭道德选择矛盾,出现了婚姻自由与家庭稳定、人本化与功利化、感情与义务的二难困惑;家庭道德调控机制弱化,舆论监督乏力与个人自律匮缺。现阶段的家庭道德建设要走出困境,必须在内容上要求传统家庭道德与时代要求结合;在机制上要求道德教育与社区活动实践结合。

Since reform and opening-up,the acceleration of China's social transition has made families enter a violent change stage.Traditional moral principles of families have been challenged,and some new problems have arisen in the improvement of China's family virtues.These problems includes:the non-standard evaluation of family virtues,the contradiction of the choice of family virtues,and the weakening of the control mechanism of family virtues.To solve the problems and extricate the improvement of family virtues from the predicament,we should adopt appropriate measures in the respects of the content,mechanism and way.
