伴随着中国改革开放20年的纵深发展,1999年,“大学生创业”热潮平地而起,现代创业精神第一次在中国破土而出。如今,大学生创业的现状如何?有哪些问题与需求?调查表明,在校大学生仍然表现出对创业理念及实践的强烈或深切的肯定性关注,并对有关创业指导人士、创业过程指导、创业最佳时机、创业方向的选择需求,以及对创业劣势的认识,都有自己独特及层次鲜明的理解。深度的思考也表明,大学生创业理念及实践的意义作用十分重大:大学生自主创业是个人层面上缓解就业压力的现实而有效的途径;制定和完善大学生创业的社会政策是实现大学生创业就业的重要条件;建立强而有力的大学生创业导向系统是实现大学生创业的催化剂。

With the in depth development of China's reform and opening,an upsurge in doing pioneering work by university students started in 1999,and the modern pioneering spirit appeared in China for the first time! And nowadays,how about the present situation of university students' pioneering?What problems and demands are there in university students' pioneering?A questionnaire survey shows that university students still express great concern over the ideas and practice of pioneering,and have their own characteristic understanding of pioneering guidance,right time,orientation and other relevant things.In the meantime,through an in depth deliberation,we can see the vital significance and active role of the ideas and practice of pioneering by university students.Therefore,we must form and improve the social policy of university students' pioneering,and establish the strong guidance system of university students' pioneering so as to bring about university students' pioneering.
