摘要
高校图书馆的生存与发展的关键在于自身资源的开发利用,尤其是人力资源的管理与教育。为此,必须正视并解决高校图书馆人力资源管理与教育中的观念陈旧、制度不完善、馆员知识结构不合理、队伍不稳与效率不高等现实问题;努力建立起规范的人才配置、能本管理、竞争、激励、人才优化更新等系统新机制;在操作层面上,尤其要注重推进制度创新、提供体制保障、优化成才环境、营造事业氛围。
The key of the existence and development of the college library lies in the exploration and utilization of its own resources,and the management and education of human resources in particular.At present,it is necessary to face up and solve the problems in reality such as out-of-date concepts,imperfect systems,librarians' irrational knowledge structure,etc.A new mechanism for the management and education of human resources must be established.To this end,we should take active steps:constantly bring forth nwe ideas in institutions,optimizing the environment for becoming talented personnel,and strengthening continuing education of librarians.
