摘要
在铸铁熔炼过程中加入钨渣可使铸铁合金化且节约原料。工频炉熔炼的试验表明,加钨渣熔炼1小时后,渣中合金元素的回收率为:60~80%Mn,Nb、W 均高于90%,铸铁可达 HT200和 HT250两个牌号。理论和实践都证明这种工艺的可行性。
In thin paper,a thermostatic analysis and a dynamic analysis are made to study the feasibility of applying W-slag in iron casting.It is a common practice that the main-frequency furnace is used for melting,and the metallurgical reaction is speeded up either by raising the temperature of the molten iron or by intensifying its fluidity.Repeated tests indicate that if W-slag is added to the molten iron.then,after an hour's melting, the metal recovery rate in W-slag will be 60-80% of Mn and over 90% of W and Nd.This kind of low cost alloyed molten iron is the preferable material for varieties of cast iron.
