摘要
本文在对负荷传感功率匹配叶片泵静动态分析与台架试验的基础上,对由该泵所组成的功率匹配小型塑料注射机液压系统进行了现场联机试验和测试,取得了十分可观的节能效果。
In this paper,static and dynamic characteristics of the load-sensing power-matching vane pump are analysed and an experiment with the pump on a stand is carried out.With the analysis and experiment made,the hydraulic system of a small-sized power-matching plastic-injection mol- ding machine,to which this kind of pump is fitted,is put to the test and measurement on the worksite.The results show that this kind of pump produces a remarkable effect on energy saving.
