县级经济是国民经济中一个重要的地域单元 ,随着改革开放的深入 ,县级对外贸易经济也得到了较大的发展。县级对外贸易经济经历了一个从无到有、从弱到强的发展过程。对外贸易体制的改革适应了社会主义市场经济的要求 ,对县级对外贸易经济将产生积极作用与消极影响 。

The county's economy is an important regional component of the national economy. With the deepening of the open policy, foreign trade at the county level has greatly developed. The recent reform on foreign trade system will soon exercise both favorable and unfavorable impact upon foreign trade at the county level. Therefore, China's entry into WTO means both promises and challenges to foreign trade at the county level.
